on my other blog...

Today at Farmstand Cookbook I shared a recipe for dandelion jelly.  It can be found here  or on my sidebar.   It was fun and very tasty.  Pretty golden color, looks like honey and kind of tastes like it too.

  1. I used to pick dandelions in my yard and make perfume with water when I was little. I also made small bouquets and brought them to my teachers...but I never made jam. Interesting!!

    1. It sounds like you were very creative. We used to hold the blossom under the chin. It was supposed to indicate if you liked butter.
